a few weekends ago i had a photo-fun-day with the boy & his brother. we walked the mean streets of tallahassee where i discovered many abandoned couches. i photographed as many as i could; i was rocking my film camera. i am hoping to go back and take more photos of the forgotten couches of tallahassee. i might even put a book together of them…that and rusty stuff.
& check out a work in progress‘s blog post: developing. you can check out the roll of film i sent her for the photoswap. her blog is pretty awesome as well, always something great to read & see.
& i am so excited to get her roll of film for the swap. i love this project. if you want to see more, there is a flickr group all about it.
…i have a mix of wonderful (+) & not so wonderful (-) things to do this weekend:
+ post a fun & simple diy
+ finish a baby blanket i’ve been working on forever
+ movie night with the boy
- go to work and figure out what is wrong with the x-ray machine (that i’m in charge of)
+ free form crochet a few brooches (for gifts)
+ experiment with fiber earrings & new designs for bracelets
- cut & mount samples (work stuff)
+ get out (early) and take more photos. gotta beat the heat.
- wash doggies & then clean bathroom
+ chillax.
what do you have planned for the weekend?
