i recently stumbled upon a great tutorial from ps hero, chock full of awesome grunge photo edges. they remind me of my fist ever black and white photography class at fsu.
+ create film edges in photoshop with this great tutorial from ps hero.
+ i would suggest going through and downloading the photo borders as well.
+ they are all .psd files (photoshop) & were made by andrea rascaglia. they are ready to use with clipping masks.
& here are a small sample of my b&w film photos from back in the day. the first few photos show the same type of borders, which i was obsessed with back then.
oop. & some actions. well, a list of actions. i cannot stand behind any of these particular actions, but i am sure there are some good ones in there. make sure to read their specific terms of use. i personally think these borders look best with a photo that has a vintage feel or better yet, in black & white.
& happy weekend. i’m going to spend mine catching up on some serious diy-ing. what do you have planned?
