my laptop & a yummy bit of white peach tea.
& yes, the only icons normally on my desktop is the recycle bin (lower right corner). i’m a weirdo that way.
so yeah, i suck at time management it seems. i have no idea how all you ladies (& gents) that hold down a 9-5 and have time to run a blog &/or shop do it. amazing.
the past few weeks month i’ve had almost no weekend free to myself, which proved itself to be quite tiresome. i am hoping to have the next few weekends coming up all to myself to do whatever i want, especially sleep in!
but a quick catch up on the past few weeks.
+ went to new orleans for mardi gras. fun time.
+ saw one of my childhood friends get married to an amazing guy. (i was a bridesmaid)
+ had to go to a work meeting on a saturday… lame, yes – but had to be done.
+ drank lots & lots of green tea.
+ started a nutrition challenge at my box (crossfit). i am two weeks in and loving it.
+ crossfit at least 4 times a week.
+ finished the hunger games & catching fire…now onto the next one (mocking jay)
+ working on an ‘indoor-windowsill’ garden, inspired by a pin on pinterest. photos of that project soon.
phew.
what have you been up to?

busy busy!! i’d honestly be happy to get back to a regular 9-5 … this being-a-full-time-student and studying-at-home thing is a real time-suck
I try and catch up on everything on the weekends when I do have some downtime
I’ve also been reading the hunger games! partway through catching fire – my sister is coming to visit at the end of march and we’re all going to see the movie when it comes out!
P.s. mmm … green tea
i like to keep my desktop as empty as possible too
that’s the goal at least.
Aw, I was in new orleans too! I wonder if we passed each other there? ^^ i hope you and the dogglies are doing okay <3
I’m not always so great at time management either. i’ve been going back to making better use of my planner and iphone to keep track of appointments and tasks. other than work, i’ve been spending lots of time with family and friends lately, as well as hitting the gym!
